We are situated about 300 metres from the seafront, less than 1 mile from the town centre shops and market, and 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse. Almost on our doorstep is a Post Office, McColl's General Store and Newsagent, Launderette, Pizza and Kebab take-away, fish and chip shop, a bakery, hairdresser and solarium, betting shop and several pubs. There is also a bus stop handy for days when you don't fancy the stroll to the town centre or you want to go further afield without the car.Awarded 4 stars for the quality of our accommodation and hospitality by Visit Britain (formerly English Tourist Board) and we have again retained our 5 stars award for food safety and hygiene by the Environmental Health Department
